The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is much more than a typical CSR job. Here you can join a team of high-fliers where you will never get bored.
You:
- will be the first point of contact for our customers
- will coordinate the Order-To-Cash (OTC) process from order management, logistic execution and invoicing
- will participate in projects
- will handle customer requests and queries
- will interact with customers and stakeholders, using your problem solving skills with your solution-oriented attitude.
- will constantly communicate with our customers, sales managers, internal and external stakeholders in order to find the best solution

What is required from you:
- College/university degree
- Close to native level of Bulgarian and strong knowledge of English language
- Minimum 2 years of relevant commercial, logistics or customer service experience
- Strong SAP knowledge appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills
- Team spirit, solution-oriented mind-set and stress-resistance
- Ability to prioritize work independently.
